Solely to provide the service, which includes reviewing your report, drafting your letters, mailing them with your authorization, and tracking your case.
3. How It Is Stored
All data is stored in a secured database with access controls. Uploaded documents are stored in private storage accessible only to you and the operator. Nothing is publicly accessible.
4. Who Sees It
Only you and the service operator. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Letters are transmitted to our mailing provider solely to print and mail the correspondence you authorized.
5. Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data or full deletion of your account and documents at any time by emailing contact@godivamindset.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
