1. What This Service Is
The Godiva Method Done For You is a document preparation and mailing service. The operator reviews the credit report you provide, drafts dispute letters based on the items you identify or approve, and mails those letters via USPS Certified Mail on your behalf only after you individually review and authorize each letter.
2. What This Service Is Not
This service is not a credit repair organization. We do not contact credit bureaus on our own initiative, provide legal advice, or guarantee any outcome. Every letter is authored in your name, reviewed by you, and sent only with your explicit authorization.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, including your identity, address, and the items you dispute. You confirm each letter is accurate before authorizing it.
4. No Guarantees
Credit outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and the bureaus' investigations. No specific result is promised or implied.
5. Payment
You pay 0 dollars to enroll. Your card is securely saved and charged only after each stage of work is delivered. The stages are: 97 dollars when your Dispute Plan is delivered to your dashboard, 200 dollars when Round 1 letters are mailed via USPS Certified Mail, and 100 dollars per additional round of letters you choose to authorize. Maximum total is 497 dollars. Charges are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your enrollment from your dashboard at any time within three business days of signing, and no charges will have been placed during that window.
6. Your Data
We collect only what you provide. Your documents are stored securely and are never sold or shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your account and all data at any time by emailing contact@godivamindset.com.
7. Service Scope
The service includes review of your credit report, drafting of dispute letters, and up to three dispute rounds per disputed item over a 120-day service period. Rounds may include initial disputes, method of verification demands, and preparation of a CFPB complaint for you to file. Items verified as accurate by the bureaus after full investigation may not be removable, and no outcome is guaranteed. Matters requiring legal representation are outside the scope of this service and will be referred out.
8. Refund Policy
Because you pay only after each stage of work is delivered, there is nothing to refund for work not yet performed. If you cancel within your three-business-day cancellation window, no charges will have been placed and no refund is needed. Once a specific stage has been delivered (Dispute Plan published, or letters mailed for a given round), the fee for that stage is non-refundable. Refunds are never contingent on dispute outcomes, which no service can lawfully guarantee.
